No Refund Policy for Website Building Service By purchasing our website building service, you agree to the following terms: All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of web development, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once work has commenced. The price of the website building service does not include any costs associated with web hosting, domain registration, or SSL certificates. These services must be purchased separately by the client and are non-refundable through our company. You will receive a project timeline, clear deliverables, and opportunities for feedback throughout the design and development process. It is your responsibility to provide timely feedback and content to avoid project delays. Change Requests: You are entitled to two rounds of revisions during the development process based on the agreed-upon scope. Any additional changes or requests outside of the initial project scope will incur additional fees, which must be paid before further changes are made. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, feedback, or timely approvals will not be grounds for a refund or cancellation of the project. Once the website is delivered and signed off, the service is considered complete. Any further changes after the final delivery will be treated as a new service request and will be charged accordingly. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your financial institution will be contested with complete documentation, including the signed contract, project scope, communication records, proof of services provided, and evidence of approved deliverables. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, waiving any rights to refunds or chargebacks.
