Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand of our services, this service has a no refund policy. You may reschedule this service up to one additional time with a 12 hour notice before we will consider your payment as forfeited. Please be in a quiet place and download the program in advance to be prepared for your session. The session begins as soon as the video starts and will automatically end promptly at 40 minutes. Most times additional sessions are needed and will need to be booked and paid post session. The sessions will be recorded for quality and training purposes. Payment must be received when booked for appointment to be confirmed.
